The revival spirit has visited every sect in this populous place. The meetings are continued with unabated fervour. Among the Baptists, there are a large number of converts... There are over 250 converts at Blaenau Festiniog and about 80 at Llan Festiniog (now most of the village is converted - The Christian 16/2).

The revival has wrought such an effect upon Festiniog as to make the inhabitant feel they are living in a different town. At the last monthly police court, the cause-list embraced only two cases and was the lowest in the history of the court. The list often numbers 30 to 45 cases, and the previous lowest record was 13. The Festiniog converts total between 600 and 700.
