With joy and gladness, I express my feelings regarding the Revival that is breaking out in Horeb Baptist chapel. I am glad to say that the young people have a desire to work, and they break out to laud and praise the Infinite God for his wonderful goodness towards them, and who can refrain from shouting out "Thanks be to him." On the evening of the Sabbath, February 12th, we had a prayer meeting after the brother the Rev. Mr Jones, New Quay, who had been addressing us throughout the day, finished preaching. After he finished his sermon this good brother asked if the congregation would like to have a prayer meeting, he would be most willing and happy to stay behind, and do his part to carry it out to glorify the Holy God, and the brother was full of the present Revival where it first broke out. I am pleased to say that everyone was eager and pleased to have a prayer meeting, and everyone stayed except for some three or four.

Gyda llawenydd a hyfrydwch yr wyf yn dadgan fy nheimladau yn nglyn a'r Adfywiad sydd yn tori allan yn Horeb, capel y Bedyddwyr. Da genyf ddyweyd fod y bobl ieuainc ag awydd gweithio arnynt, ac y maent yn tori allan i foli a chanmol y Duw Anfeidrol am ei ryfedd ddaioni tuag atynt, a phwy all beidio gwaeddi allan "Diolch Iddo." Nos Sabboth, Chwefror 12fed, fe gawsom gwrdd gweddi ar ol y brawd Parch Mr Jones, New Quay, orphen pregethu, yr hwn oedd yn ein hannerch drwy y dydd. Wedi iddo orphen ei bregeth fe ofynodd y brawd da hwn os carai y gynnulleidfa gael cwrdd gweddi, y byddai efe gyda y parodrwydd mwyaf yn foddlawn aros ar ol, a gwneud ei ran at gario allan i ogoneddu y Duw Sanctaidd ac yr oedd y brawd yn llawn o'r Diwygiad presenol lie y torodd allan gyntaf. Da genyf ddyweyd yroedd awydd a llawenydd ar bawb gael cwrdd gweddi, ac fe arosodd pawb oddigerth rhyw dri neu bed war.
