The united prayer meetings held at Pontypool during the past week resulted in over 200 conversions. A number of workmen at the Blaennychan Colliery assemble for prayer each morning at the bottom of the shaft before proceeding to work. Firemen and other officials take part in the devotions, which are of a most impressive character.

I am guessing this church was involved and had conversions - every church in the town probably had conversions.
