The revival work is making great progress here now. Meetings are held every evening - Gaelic and English alternately - and every night the place of meeting is crowded to excess. All the usual outward manifestations of revivalism are visible; several have been struck down. At every meeting many cry out and shed tears. The whole village is quite in a state of excitement. Nearly all the shopkeepers have adopted the "early closing system," so that they may be enabled to attend the evening prayer meetings. The work was begun under the instrumentality of the Rev. Mr Campbell, of Tarbert, and continues to make rapid progress.— West Highland Journal.
