All this time it was observed, that there was an uncommon revival of the work of God, in all the societies around about. That in Kingswood, within a few months, increased from one hundred and eighteen to above three hundred members; and every day more and more were convinced of sin, and more and more enabled to rejoice in God their Savior. Mon, October 1, and the following days, I preached at many of the towns around Bristol and found the congregations increasing in every place.
