We are happy to report an awakening of many in deep concern for salvation. The spirit of prayer has also been poured out upon our people. We baptized five in February, four in March, and six in April. We have good hope that many more will soon thus give themselves to the Lord and to his people according to his recorded will.

We are now gathering the fruit of our winter and spring prayer meetings. On the 17th of May seven believers were buried with their Lord in baptism; and on the 21st of June, four others followed their Saviour in the same ordinance. One of these was awakened at the February baptismal service. Another was impressed, for the first time, at the baptism in March, for we have baptized every month since January. We hope, if the Lord permits, to baptize this month (July) also. The of twenty years. They were all added hand of the Lord is with us, and to him to our church on the following sabbath. be the praise.

13 more were reported in October.
It is difficult to judge a revival from such a short report, however the used words and the fact that our biggest revival ever began soon afterwards, leads me to think that a move of God was going on here.
