Mr C. Smith, of the Evangelization Society, held a week's special services here, and has been earnestly working in the
homes of the aged, sick and poor, who have been unable to attend the meetings. The preaching has been with power. Many strong men were seen weeping, and anxiously listening to the gospel message, and many have professed to find peace in Jesus. The Lord has been gracious in blessing his work.
