Coatbridge - Salvation Army (1880)

Since we started our meetings here on the 14th of June there has been great good done. God's children have been aroused out of their sleep and souls crying for mercy. Bless the dear Lord, He is leading us on to victory. Grand marches through the town. The Army receives every kindness here. The Temperance Hall is well filled every night. Oh, how we long to see the Army stationed here, to pull the Devil's kingdom down. Hallelujah!

From, 'The War Cry', July 1880.
