Salvation Army Citadel - Lowestoft (1921)




Douglas Brown subsequently told of a girl who had been converted on the sands that afternoon and who had gone home and testified to her new found faith. Her parents had laughed at her, but her sister had said, 'If there is a service anywhere tonight, I'll go with you.' 'Yes, there is,' the convert replied, 'but it is at the Salvation Army Citadel.' 'I don't care where it is, I'll go,' said the sidter. She went to the meeting at the Citadel and was converted.
